Junior Electronic Technician

Are you a hands-on technician with at least two years of testing or electronics experience? We're looking for a Junior Test Technician to join a leading military and defense manufacturer supporting the development of advanced technologies used in mission-critical applications.

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic products to component and sub-assembly level utilizing schematics and standard procedures
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• Set up test equipment and follow test procedures
• Use test and measurement equipment including voltmeter, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot meter, IR meter, power supplies, milliohm meter, LCR, and other automatic and standard test equipment
• Provide technical assistance to assemblers
• Recommends process improvements if necessary
• Must be able to read and interpret schematics and/or diagrams
• Experience with Analog and Digital power circuits
• Utilizes written or visual instructions as needed  
• Provides written and/or oral communication in reference to test and troubleshooting findings 
• Keeps workstation, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly manner
