You'll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What You'll DoEquipment Maintenance: Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations on a daily basis.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance activities to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.Installation & Modification: Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.Success Metrics: Success will be measured by equipment uptime, safety compliance, and the ability to quickly resolve maintenance issues.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.What You'll Bring Must-Haves:High school diploma or GED.1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.Nice-to-Haves:Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw.Skills in welding and fabrication tasks.Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.Benefits:Competitive CompensationExcellent Health / Dental / Vision Options5% 401(k) Retirement Match3 Weeks PTO, with increases with time of service11 Paid Holidays per yearRequired PPE is provided (boots, safety glasses, coveralls)Competitive Compensation: $28.00-$34.00 hourly pay rate based on technical experience.Why join Weir?
