Job Category Inspection and NDT services Requisition Number EMPLO006422 Employment Type Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Job Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all Mistras activities on-site. The Project Manager will develop and implement management, planning, and cost control systems. The position is also ultimately responsible for executing the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project. The Project Manager will provide the client with full customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Major Responsibilities Provide leadership, oversight, and management of all Mistras activities on the customer’s project. Maintain a strong field presence and strong relationships with customers. Provide direction and goals for the management team. Ensure execution of all company and client policies and procedures with full compliance. Lead by example of the Company’s HSE Program. Represent Mistras Services in the scope of services provision. Provide daily reports to client and Mistras Management on staffing, worksite locations, and project status. Develop and implement site‑specific policies in partnership with Human Resources and Operations as needed. Utilize and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure organizational success and increase customer value. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of and execute the Mistras Project Management Procedure (99‑PM‑001). Maintain in‑depth knowledge of customer contracts, implement requirements, and manage the contract. Understand the Union contract to ensure compliance if applicable. Act as liaison between Company, Client, and staff. Maintain a safety‑conscious work environment. Ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet project completion goals. Maintain compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures on the project. Demonstrate strong leadership by being accessible to all employees. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Maintain an exceptional HSE record. Minimum Requirements Prior supervisory experience required. 4+ years of inspection experience. API certifications and/or the ability to certify for Level II in RT, UT‑T, MT, PT preferred. PCMS/UltraPipe experience preferred. Strong computer skills: compiling KPIs, extracting data from large spreadsheets and worklists. Ability to plan inspection scopes, create one‑week and two‑week look‑ahead plans, and forecast timelines and target dates for project completion. Exceptional safety record. Team‑building capabilities. Strong leadership qualities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and trainable in “database” programs. Strong knowledge of process equipment. Strong analytical skills.
