• Holidays Allowed: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

• Licensing: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or eligible for IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
• Certifications:
  • BLS: Required
  • Fellowship: Preferred but not mandatory
  • Board Certification: Not required; Board Eligibility is acceptable

• Credentialing Timeframe: Standard credentialing is 90 days, but emergency credentialing is available if needed
