Job Description
Hybrid: 3 days per week in office
*** BACHELOR'S STRONGLY PREFERRED
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communication with brokers, internal and external clients.
- Process margin files and ensure all margin calls are met by EOD.
- Ensure successful and timely margining process for all Derivatives related Trades.
- Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Resolution of breaks.
Qualifications:
- Entry level role
- Experience in either operations, client relationship management or process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders
- Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly
- Be able to think like an Owner
- Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships
- Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
