Assistant General Manager - Lead Team & Growth

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop the team, manage financials and uphold culture and safety. The role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities while driving growth and guest satisfaction.
You will recruit, train and mentor staff, manage scheduling, inventory and health & safety compliance, and actively improve store performance and profits.
