Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team as a Central Travel Respiratory Therapist!

Job Description:

- Location: Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY
- Facility Overview:
- 295-bed acute care facility
- Services an 11-county area in south central Kentucky
- State-of-the-art cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery programs
- Largest private employer in the region with over 1,200 healthcare professionals and 170 physicians in 38 specialties

- Position Details:
- Role: Respiratory Therapist (RT)
- Shift: Nights (7A-7P)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: No call duties required
- Required Certifications: Must possess certifications prior to start; please check LPNT checklist for details
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years in a related field

- Unit Information:
- Patient Ratios: To be determined
- Patient Population: Diverse population including adults and geriatrics
- Supervisory Structure: Direct supervision details provided upon hire
- Equipment: Advanced respiratory care equipment; specific equipment details provided upon hire

- Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Previous experience in acute care settings
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Wide variety of respiratory conditions
- Personality Fit: Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable

- Required Education:
- Relevant accredited degree in Respiratory Therapy

- Dress Code:
