About the Company Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Pensacola, Florida area. About the Role As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs in a structured, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Florida SLP license CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply) School-based or pediatric experience is a plus Required Skills Not specified in the original description.
