Safety and Security Officer - Marriott's Ocean Pointe (Full-time) We are seeking a Safety and Security Officer to protect and support guests, associates, and the property at Marriott’s Ocean Pointe. Job Details

Shift: 1st/2nd shift including weekends and holidays
Full-time position

Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests and address their needs. Provide a positive and cheerful interaction as an extension of guest services. Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests. Patrol all areas of the property by foot or vehicle with specified equipment. Administer first aid/CPR to guests or associates as required. Ensure guest and meeting rooms are secure and assist with room access. Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. Respond to accidents and determine if emergency aid is required. Defuse disturbances or altercations following company policies. Handle lost and found items: log and return items. Use computer systems to prepare and review documents and answer phones with proper etiquette. Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property. Qualifications Able to work a flexible schedule, including full weekend and holiday availability. Excellent customer service skills; must interact with guests regularly.
