E-commerce Account Manager

Managing projects for partners from end-to-end, the full-time contractual E-commerce Account Manager will develop strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their initiatives are successfully executed while working remotely from South America. Key responsibilities Oversee project management from vendor onboarding to post-sale analytics, delivering high-quality service and meeting deadlines Understand clients' unique business goals and challenges, providing tailored recommendations to support their growth Manage all client communications and track feedback to continuously improve processes and systems Required qualifications 1+ years of eCommerce project management experience Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for building flash site websites Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to advise on project issues Experience in managing multiple projects while meeting financial and stakeholder objectives Conceptual understanding of eCommerce technologies, including product data and data management
