We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Assistant Manager who will drive theatre operations by leading with example, delivering exceptional guest service, and motivating staff in a fast-paced, clean, and safe environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving financial goals. What we are looking for: Must be at least 18 years old with supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, cinema, retail, or hospitality setting. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software to meet evolving industry demands. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; work involves standing, walking, and occasional sitting. Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required by local/state laws. High school diploma or equivalent required; business or marketing coursework preferred. What you will be doing: Lead daily theatre operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven environment. Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety across all areas. Operate and troubleshoot projection and sound equipment, as well as POS and other theatre systems. Support hiring processes, orientation, and ongoing associate development. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws, audit processes, and PCI regulations. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive service recovery and managing theatre communications. Analyze business trends to drive sales, optimize schedules, and support corporate initiatives.
