The successful candidate will be integral in development of embedded Rust software for varying security critical platforms in a collaborative team environment. This position may require some travel (approximately 5%) to support customer meetings and off-site development/testing for various systems.Relocation assistance is available!Learn more about Ultra Cyber here:CYBER | Intelligence & Communications | Ultra• Support the technical design and development of embedded software from C to Rust conversion• Perform trade studies and architecture development for Rust• Support the creation of engineering documents to support various contracts, including Software Requirements Specification(s) (SRS), Interface Requirements Specification(s) (IRS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Software Hardware Design Description (SHDD)• Define unit, integration, and acceptance test plans• Perform Configuration Management for software developmental items• Support Agile and Waterfall development methodology based projects• Provide written and oral progress updates• Participate in process/tool improvements and drive quality initiatives• Keep abreast of innovative technologies that can be beneficial to projects and business• Positively contribute to team’s productivity and engagement, ensuring timely and quality delivery of program objectivesRequired:Active US Government Secret Security Clearance.
