Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Current BLS and ACLS required.PALS and NRP required within 12 months of hire.Ability to interpret EKGs and care for critically ill patients.Relevant education or experience in critical care preferred. This integrated role ensures appropriate levels of care, regulatory compliance, efficient resource utilization, and optimal patient outcomes.The position combines clinical Case Management functions with Utilization Review responsibilities, including medical necessity reviews, inpatient and concurrent authorizations, concurrent reviews, denial prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
