• Part Time: Evening shifts available
• Part Time: 3rd shifts available
• Part Time flex openings (hours listed below).

Department: Memory Care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with transportation and direction to and from meals and activities
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure safety interventions are functioning and in accordance with individual care plans
• Communicate effectively with all team members
• Ability to read, follow, observe, and report patient plan of care
• Assist with collecting assessment data and care planning to meet resident needs
• Attend meetings as required
• Report to the Charge Nurse on duty
• Perform other tasks as required

Preferred License or Certification: CNA

Must be able to meet pre-employment requirements including a physical, drug screen and background check to be eligible for employment.

Flex Hours

Skilled Nursing Hours: 630a-645p and 630p-645a

Memory Support Aide Hours: 630a-645p, 630p-1030p, and 630p-645a

Assisted Living Aide Hours: 630a-645p, and 630p-645a
