Senior Associate - Personal InjuryPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Plaintiff Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position requires a strong understanding of personal injury law and a passion for helping those in need.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on plaintiff personal injury casesDraft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefsRepresent clients in court during trials and hearingsAttend depositions and gather evidence to support client claimsCommunicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of case progressNegotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companiesStay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedentsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the relevant state6-10+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably with plaintiff casesStrong research, writing, and communication skillsExperience with trial preparation and depositionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated passion for advocating for clients' rights and interestsBenefits- 401(k)- Dental insurance- Disability insurance- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid sick time- Paid time off- Vision insurance- Pet insurance
