Per Diem Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Chicago, Illinois

A retail pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide exceptional medication dispensing and customer service in Chicago, IL. This role involves distributing prescribed drugs, offering medication information, and ensuring accuracy and safety in all pharmacy operations. The pharmacist will deliver expert counsel to patients regarding their prescriptions, promoting optimal therapeutic outcomes.


Schedule:

• Various shifts from April 16 to May 6, 2026
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on scheduled days

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications prescribed by healthcare providers
• Provide thorough counseling to customers on medication usage and potential side effects
• Maintain stringent compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Deliver superior customer service to enhance patient satisfaction

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings preferred
