Breeze Air, Heat and Electrical is hiring an experienced, truck-ready HVAC Service Technician to independently run residential service calls in the Fort Worth area. This is not an entry-level or helper position. We are looking for a dependable technician who can take ownership of each call—from diagnosis through repair, customer communication, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Run assigned service calls independently from a take-home company truck
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Present findings and repair options clearly and professionally to customers
• Complete approved repairs and verify safe, reliable system operation
• Maintain organized service records, invoices, and parts usage
• Keep the assigned truck clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support the team during busy periods

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• On-call rotation
• Weekend availability
• Shifts may be up to 12 hours

Truck-ready qualifications

• Proven HVAC service experience with the ability to run calls independently
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• EPA certification
• Current TDLR registration
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to explain repair options and recommendations clearly
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing a service truck
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces

Preferred qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Bilingual
