Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse Schedule This position requires a rotating schedule with 3 × 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week. The shifts will include days, evenings, and nights, and may require weekend work on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Call is also required, with a response time of 30 minutes. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room, and ideally 3 years. The candidate must have Level 1 Trauma experience for at least 1 year out of the last 3 years and a minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience within the last 3 years. The role does not require scrubbing, but the candidate should have strong proficiency in various specialties, including: General Surgery Orthopedics Neurosurgery Vascular Surgery Trauma Surgery Robotic Surgery (DaVinci, Cardiac and Drive machine) Transplant Surgery (not a hard stop) Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience, with a preference for 3 years At least 1 year of Level 1 Trauma experience in the last 3 years A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience in the last 3 years Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Why ARMStaffing?
