Service Dispatcher

Job Title: Field Service Dispatcher Minimum Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Positions: 1 Duration: 6 months with possible extension. Work Location (Full Address): 100% onsite - Oncor Corp Headquarters - 1616 Woodall Rodgers FWY, Dallas TX 75202 Work Schedule: Rotating: Mon – Fri 7:00am – 4:00pm , Mon – Fri 08:00am-05:00pm Contractor will have to pay for parking when going into the office. Interviews will be conducted in person at our Woodall Rodgers location Job Description: Responsible for dispatching, routing and workload adjustments for field personnel across the Service territory utilizing a computer in a timely, efficient and accurate manner to ensure internal and external SLA’s are met. Primary point of contact for process and service order related questions for field personnel. The position requires working various shift schedules 24/7/365 days a year including holidays. · Identify, prioritize and assign work to the appropriate available resources to efficiently meet internal and external SLA’s. · Communicate effectively with field personnel to log, address, escalate or resolve their immediate needs or concerns. · Manage a high volume of work including emails, phone calls, electronic service request and electronic messaging to ensure resolution. Excellent Customer Service Skills · Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools, including Word and Excel. · Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. · Strong analytic, problem solving skills coupled with high energy and motivation. · Strong time management skills. · Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced team environment. · Work is performed on a computer at a desk and will need to be able to sit for extended periods of time. · Other duties as assigned. Pay Range: $18 - $20The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
