You have the power to shape things to make them better. About this Role We are seeking a skilled electrician to maintain heavy industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AC‑DC motors and controls, combustion, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit, and schematics. Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of smelting equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in high‑temperature environments. Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and maintenance. Perform general electrical maintenance and inspections on transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. 3 years journey‑level experience as an electrician maintaining heavy industrial machinery with a working knowledge of AC‑DC motors and controls, combustion, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit and schematics. Preferred Qualifications Graduate of an approved apprentice program or technical training beyond high school.
