Personal Trainer

Overview This is a part-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer, located in Lake Nona, FL. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized fitness programs, leading fitness instruction, and conducting circuit training sessions. Additional day-to-day tasks include providing basic nutrition guidance and sports coaching. The role involves closely monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting programs as needed to help them reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual clients Lead fitness instruction and supervise training sessions Conduct circuit training sessions Provide basic nutrition guidance to clients Offer sports coaching as needed Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs to help them reach fitness goals Qualifications Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training skills Experience in Sports Coaching Knowledge of Nutrition Excellent interpersonal and communication skills CPR and First Aid certification Ability to motivate and inspire clients Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part-time Job function: Other Industries: Wellness and Fitness Services Location: Lake Nona, FL (On-site) #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Fit Studios
