Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
• Experience or strong interest in school-based services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and overcoming communication challenges
• Commitment to on-site work for the full school year

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
• Support a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
