What You’ll Do Follow individualized care plans (ISP) for each resident Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Document care and observations accurately throughout each shift Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral care Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities Provide compassionate behavioral support, cues, and redirection as needed Respond to resident calls promptly and professionally Assist with transportation within the community and to appointments when needed Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or GED required CNA certification preferred (or completion of a state‑approved Nursing Assistant Training Program if required) CPR/First Aid certification (if required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting residents safely Why Join Us Competitive pay Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Pre-employment requirements include: background check, drug screening, references, physical, and proof of eligibility to work.
