Requirements Pre-employment background check and have a valid Driver's License Have great attention to detail Learn and adapt quickly Follow safety procedures Must be able to work well in a Team Follow building codes and National Electrical codes Time management skills to handle multiple projects Willing to travel within the continental US Minimum of 1 year working experience as an electrician Must have a High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience working in a warehouse, included but not limited to manual labor, forklift operation, housekeeping in the shop areas, additionally, we will train on the job for our specific industry Skilled at installing electrical machines and equipment Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 20-50+ pounds frequently Job Description / Duties Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools Install conduit as required Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components Pull wire as required Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes Use a variety of tools such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including ammeters Work from ladders and scaffolds to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications Perform physically demanding tasks, running conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects Key Responsibilities Complete assigned electrical tasks within allotted time as assigned by Project Manager Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around Report to the Project Manager; provide job site installation support with the goal of completing assigned task with focus on quality; and within planned hours and budget Benefits 401k with Annual Company match Dental, Health and Life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account Company is 100% Employee Owned since 2018 Salary and Shifts Shifts are Monday to Friday, with weekends and possible overtime as needed Variety of shifts/days available, based on staffing and current business needs Work location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ area Salary ranges from $25 - $45/hour, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Indiana Industrial Services, Llc
