Warehouse Supervisor

Make a difference.As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations. You will supervise the warehouse team, supervise implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, and oversee inventory management, security, and safety of the warehouse.Work Shift and Hours:Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm or depending on business needs.Compensation Details:The expected base salary for this position is starting at $59,000 annually depending on experience.This position is also commission eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.In this role you will:Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignmentsSupervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attainedSelect routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in complianceMaintain security of warehouse equipment and materialEnsure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rulesWhat you bring to the table:Leadership skills including ability to delegate and prioritizeAbility to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse workKnowledge of proper use of PPEExperience using warehouse management systems2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred4 year degree preferredThe Value of Graybar:At Graybar, we are known for our comprehensive benefits and our employee stock ownership plan!
