About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Data Engineering with a focus on Cybersecurity to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of launching innovative initiatives in this cutting-edge domain, leading and executing core projects from the ground up. This role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building solutions without the constraints of corporate bureaucracy. The Head of Data Engineering will be responsible for translating high-level strategic vision into practical execution roadmaps, and for architecting scalable solutions to ensure the department's rapid growth and success. Applicants for the Head of Data Engineering position should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote work. A high-agency builder mindset is essential, as is a proven track record of domain expertise and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will be part of an elite team, collaborating directly with the department founder and a world-class group of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The focus is on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction quickly, with an emphasis on good ideas and fast execution.
