At our long-term care community, you'll do more than provide nursing careyou'll build meaningful relationships, make residents feel valued, and become an important part of their everyday lives.

Starting Pay: $31.00/Hour

Your experience matters! Our pay increases based on your years of nursing experience.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, families, and our interdisciplinary team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Passion for caring for others
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication and clinical skills
Long-term care experience is a plusbut a caring attitude is a must!
