Order Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)

Order Picker Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Temporary Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and picking customer orders using an iPad system, ensuring items are prepared for timely distribution. This position requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize an iPad order management system to accurately locate and pick products from designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure the correct quantity and type of items are selected to fulfill each order.
• Prepare picked orders for the next stage of distribution, ensuring they meet quality and packing standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.

Work Schedule:

This is a temporary position with a consistent five-day work week. Important Note: Finish times are not fixed and will vary daily based on order volume and operational demands. Flexibility to work until tasks are complete is essential. Ability to frequently lift and move packages weighing between 30 to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

This position operates within a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.

Order Picker Qualifications:

• Basic Computer skills
• Must be able to stand for full shift
• Attention to detail
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
