Machine Operator - Heat Treat; 3rd shift; $26.18/hour

Heat Treat Operator 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Starting at $26.18 + Shift Differential. Sign‑on Bonus and Retention Bonus provided. What You’ll Do Start up and shut down heat treat equipment (initial setting and adjusting of all controls and gauges). Move work to charge end of furnaces. Load and unload work from furnaces. Check and adjust all controls and gauges. Inspect completed parts and keep records. Clean and maintain gauges. Work in other departments on an as‑needed basis as directed by supervisor. Operate PIV as needed to move part bins and load machines. Maintain housekeeping standards. Be able to work overtime. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form. Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems. Follow appropriate housekeeping procedures according to company guidelines. Ability to operate a torque wrench and/or machines. Basic mathematical understanding and ability (addition, subtraction, division of units of measurement). Practical application of proportion and geometric construction.
