Ace Handyman Services Montclair is growing, and we’re looking for 2–3 experienced Craftsmen who know how to take care of customers just as well as they take care of homes.

We’re not looking for “warm bodies with a drill.” We want professionals with good energy, strong communication skills, and pride in their work. If customers naturally trust you five minutes after meeting you, keep reading.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on residential repair/remodel experience

Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, punch work, installations, etc.

Clean, professional appearance

Customer-service oriented — people actually enjoy having you in their home

Positive attitude and team mentality

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently and solve problems without melting down over “missing screws” like it’s a national emergency
