About the Position

Job Title: RRT NICU Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of current NICU RRT experience License: NBRC Certification Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Candidates must have Level 111 NICU experience. Candidates must have pediatric experience. Description: This is a travel position for a Respiratory Therapist in the NICU. The role requires experience in a high-acuity environment. Candidates will manage airway and ventilator support for patients. ED support is also a typical responsibility. Successful candidates should prioritize patient care. Effective communication with staff and providers is essential. Knowledge of equipment such as G5, Servo, Avea, and HFOV is important. Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred. The unit values staff tenure and experience. Opportunities may exist for new technology and equipment. This opportunity is sought after in a competitive market.
