What You'll Bring:

• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credentials
• Prior experience with pediatric populations or working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, speech/language assessments, and individualized interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Passion for fostering growth in children with diverse backgrounds and needs

What You'll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload spanning early intervention through middle school
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and draft detailed evaluation reports
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in coordination with educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and share recommendations with staff and families
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with school and district standards
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to encourage carryover of skills
