We are seeking a highly organized Jr. Case Manager to support our case management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, organizing case files, and ensuring timely follow-up communications.
