- Design and plan bathroom remodeling projects that bring each customer's ideas, needs, and selections together.
- Meet with customers in their homes and in the showroom to discuss their projects and guide them through the design and sales process.
- Measure project spaces to develop accurate designs and project plans.
- Select fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, finishes, and other products
- Review the design selections with customers and make adjustments based on their feedback.
- Prepare project estimates and help customers understand the scope and selections included in their bathroom renovation.
- Follow projects from the initial consultation through construction and post-sale follow-up, helping create a positive customer experience throughout the process.
- Travel to customer homes, job sites, and vendors within approximately one hour of Bath Barn as part of the design and project process.
- Support contractors, DIY customers, and retail customers in the showroom
- Design Experience: Bring at least 1 year of design experience; construction industry experience is a plus.
- Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, vendors, and others involved throughout each project.
- Technical Aptitude: Have the mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn bathroom products, remodeling processes, and the construction industry.
- Technology Skills: Be comfortable with Word, Excel, and general technology; experience with Chief Architect, Revit, or 20-20 is a plus but not required.
- Physical Capability: Be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods as needed.

- Salary: $55,000-$70,000/year, depending on experience
