Not just one voice, but all voices.Shift and schedule: This position will be working first shift, 5:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M., 4—10 hour shifts Monday thru Thursday.Job RequirementsResponsibilities:Applies basic job skills to operate CNC machining equipment and perform various secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaningRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately operate CNC machining equipment.Work with team to troubleshoot operations and/or flow issuesPerform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards, and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identifiedMeet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivityKeep records of production quantities and timeWork safely with small hand tools and measuring equipmentMaintain a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulationsDuties could include:Operate screw machine: Citizen, SR10, Tsugami, SR20 machineOperate millingShippingSecondary workQualifications• Due to ITAR restrictions, US citizenship or US lawful permanent residency is required for this position• Use independent judgment and basic problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks• Follow both written and verbal instructions, with a high attention to detail• Flexibility to work overtime to meet company demands• Ability to work in a team environment• High school diploma or GED• Relevant work experiencePhysical Demands• Ability to lift 40 lbs.• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCompetencies ValuesIntegrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, teamworkAbout TE ConnectivityTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
