Bilingual Recruiter – Construction Staffing Structured Trades is growing quickly and looking to add a high-performing Recruiter to our team in Austin. What You’ll Be Doing This is a full-cycle recruiting role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting the construction industry. Manage recruiting from sourcing through placement Post and manage job ads (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Source candidates through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and field recruiting Conduct phone screens and interviews Vet candidates for skill, reliability, and fit Coordinate onboarding (backgrounds, drug screens, documentation) Maintain accurate tracking in ATS Manage multiple open job orders at once Partner with operations and clients to fill roles quickly Follow up with employees to support retention What This Role Requires This isn’t a typical 8–5 recruiting job.
