Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking dependable and motivated Logistics Packaging Associates to join our team!

If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for reliable individuals who can safely and efficiently prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Position: Logistics Packaging Associate

Pay: $15.00/HR-$17.00/HR
Schedule: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri)- 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs)
Location: Newark, OH

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, package, and label products for shipment

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging

• Safely handle materials and packaged products

• Read and follow packaging and shipping instructions

• Assemble boxes, crates, pallets, and other shipping materials

• Use hand tools and basic packaging equipment as needed

• Stage completed orders for shipment

• Maintain an organized and clean work area

• Follow all company safety procedures

• Work closely with warehouse and logistics team members

• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person!
