Compliance Officer

Monitoring compliance with MiCA and other regulatory requirements, the full-time Compliance Officer will advise management, conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, and oversee the implementation of internal policies in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements Advise management on regulatory obligations and their application to the business Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organization Required qualifications Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations Familiarity with consumer protection requirements Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements Strong communication skills with comfort engaging with senior management and the board
