What You'll Do:

• The Manager ensures that all Other Supported Business Units follow global marketing standards, improve qualified lead generation, and execute digital campaigns that support their sales and growth goals.
• The role includes direct digital execution for smaller business units without dedicated marketing resources and strategic enablement for those with established teams.
• Own PPC strategy, execution, and optimization to drive qualified lead growth.
• Lead SEO strategy and collaborate with internal contributors on content planning.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, organic search, email, and landing-page experiences.
• Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards that track lead volume, channel performance, product categories, and overall trends.
• Pilot new digital tactics at the Primary Company before scaling them to Other Supported Business Units.
• Conduct bi-weekly performance and strategy check-ins with each business unit's marketing lead (or equivalent contact).
• Provide guidance on campaign planning, PPC structure, keyword strategy, landing-page development, content alignment, email strategy, and conversion optimization.
• Offer recommendations on digital budget allocation; final authority remains with each BU's General Manager.
• Reinforce global marketing standards and direction set by the Global Marketing Director.
• Support product launches, seasonal initiatives, and growth campaigns across business units.
• Identify capability gaps and deliver training to strengthen digital marketing effectiveness.
• Manage PPC campaigns end-to-end for supported units lacking dedicated marketing staff.
• Lead digital campaign execution as needed to achieve lead and sales growth targets.
• Collaborate with BU personnel to develop supporting content (blogs, product pages, email assets).
• Establish baseline KPIs and growth targets where none currently exist.
• Build and maintain standardized dashboards for all supported business units, modeled on Primary Company reporting.
• Maintain, interpret, and communicate insights from the global MQL dashboard.
• Deliver monthly performance summaries outlining:
  1. Key results
  2. Lead quality trends
  3. Campaign impacts
  4. Risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
• Provide summaries to each BU marketing lead with the corresponding GM CC'd.
• Track MQL improvement against prior-year benchmarks or agreed-upon growth targets.
• Increased MQL production across all Other Supported Business Units.
• Strong digital performance maintained at the Primary Company.
• Reliable, consistent reporting infrastructure deployed across the organization.
• Improved digital capability and campaign execution across supported units.
• Effective multi-channel campaign strategy (PPC, SEO, email, landing pages).
• Clear, consistent communication with BU marketing leads and GMs.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with PPC and SEO expertise.
• 8+ years of experience in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

• Good analytical skills with reporting/dashboard-building capability.
• Ability to coach, develop, and support marketers of varying experience levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in decentralized or multi-entity business structures.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Background in B2B or industrial marketing.
