Position Overview
We are seeking reliable General Labor associates to support daily production and warehouse operations. This role requires individuals who can work independently, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including material handling, assembly, and basic production support
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Support additional duties as assigned by supervisors or leads

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (entire shift)
• Comfortable using tape measures and basic measurement tools
• Able to safely operate power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be able to work full-time
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, bend, and move materials as needed

Work Environment

• Fast‐paced warehouse or production setting
• May involve repetitive tasks and physical activity throughout the shift
