Well-established real estate agency in Locarno is looking for someone to start immediately or at a mutually agreed date. EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT Independent and stimulating work within a solid and well-established company. ACCOUNTING Keeping ordinary accounts (creditors and debtors, bank and cash) Periodic processing of creditor invoice payments Preparation of VAT returns Recording of annual and interim closing operations Preparation of SME annual accounts in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations Handling of various administrative tasks requested by the client Preparation of documents for the auditing office Knowledge of payroll management TAXATION Preparation of VAT returns Preparation of tax returns for individuals/legal entities Preparation of withholding tax adjustment returns Appeals against tax assessments REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of work experience with diploma Accounting experience and knowledge of the main IT systems Ability to prepare annual accounts for SMEs Discretion, adaptability and good resistance to stress Accuracy and reliability Ability to work in a team Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German (B1) and English WE OFFER Interesting, varied and responsible work Personal and professional growth through continuous training State-of-the-art IT equipment Pleasant working environment Percentage of work: to be defined.
