Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a team of recruiters at client facilities in light

industrial or stadium event settings. This role requires an experienced and proactive individual

who can build relationships, strategize staffing solutions, and ensure safe and compliant

operations. The ideal candidate will balance high-level oversight with hands-on involvement in

daily operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in staffing or account management, particularly in

event-based environments.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, providing direction,

support, and motivation in a fast-paced, high-need environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing solutions and the ability to

strategize and implement staffing plans that align with client needs and operational

goals.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability

to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve issues and address

client needs in real-time.
• Safety Minded: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within manufacturing or

event-based environments, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hands-on role when needed, and capable of

adapting to the changing needs of the client or staffing
