Clinical Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The nurse will promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Collaboration with the interprofessional team is essential for developing and communicating individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. Responsibilities Include Educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engaging in professional development. Assessing patient needs and preferences, ensuring comprehensive communication across care teams. Qualifications And Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN license. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience, particularly in IR, Cath Lab, ED, or ICU. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills are required.
