Our seamless supply chain solutions optimize efficiency, earning us accolades for excellence.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Order Selector Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, Must be okay with Overtime when needed.The ideal candidate will be proficient in Picking Orders with a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a performance based environment.Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.Utilize RF scanners to accurately complete orders.Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operational efficiency.Order Selector Qualifications:Proven experience as a Order Selector.Must have 6 months of Order Selector experience.Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds, bend, and stand for 8+ hours per day.Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.Maintain continuous physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds consistently, bending, and standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift or more.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
