LETS Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in in-person, school-based positions with one of our valued Pennsylvania school partners. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or a flexible part-time schedule, we'd love to connect with you.

You'll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, work-life balance, and making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services to school-aged students
• Conduct speech and language assessments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Pennsylvania school clearances (e.g., Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, and others)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
