Per Diem LPN! Schedule No scheduling mandation Department: Kresge Nursing & Rehabilitation Location: Chelsea, MI Description Join Our Team as a Per Diem LPN! Schedule : No scheduling mandation Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month. Regular weekend coverage is expected. Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year. Shift Premiums : Beginning 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm, $1.00. Pay Range: $32.61 - $41.09/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026) Department: Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea Mi What You’ll Do in This Role: At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills. Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care. If selected for the position you will receive a full job description. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN). Active State of Michigan LPN License. CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs. Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
