Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year to work in a school district in the Santa Clara, CA area. The position involves standard SLP duties including meeting participation, multidisciplinary team collaboration, report writing, treatment, and testing. The SLP will be a part of a multi-tiered system of support to provide a comprehensive approach that strides to identify and treat the individual needs of all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs that are passionate about pediatrics and working in a supportive environment.
Job Description:
- 26-27 School Year
- Full time, district may be able to arrange part time
- Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
- Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team
- Work Hours are typically 8:00 AM-3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Must have active or pending California SLP license or the ability to apply for one
- Active California educator credential through the California Teaching Commission preferred (applicant will need to apply for credential if not already in process)
- Soliant offers licensing assistance if you are not certified in this state yet:
- ASHA certification is a PLUS, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Compensation:
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
- Travel stipends available if qualifications are met
- W2 hourly pay between $65-$85
- Weekly pay
