Temporary HR Administrator

ABR is recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to assist one of our premier clients!

The HR Administrator will provide hands-on administrative support across a variety of HR functions, with an emphasis on employee records, compliance, recruiting support, process documentation, and HR best practices . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized employee files and HR documentation
• Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure proper recordkeeping
• Assist with recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system administration
• Create, update, and maintain HR processes, procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with improving and standardizing HR administrative processes
• Maintain accurate employee and HR data
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and consistency within HR processes
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with HR team members and other departments as needed
• Be willing to jump in and assist wherever needed to support the overall HR function

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner preferred
• Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and recordkeeping practices
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience supporting recruiting and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
