About Role As a Construction Management Representative (CMR), you will oversee field execution for a wide range of projects, including building demolition, site restoration, rehabilitation, new construction, utilities, paving, and waterfront works. The position involves extensive site presence and nationwide travel, with monthly living allowances provided for lodging, meals, and related expenses. You will act as the owner’s on-site representative, managing schedules, costs, contractor performance, and safety compliance, while serving as a key liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and construction teams.
