Compliance Analyst

The Contract Compliance Analyst supports Youth RISE Foundation's compliance and governance efforts by reviewing policies, contracts, and organizational processes to help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, grant requirements, and internal standards. This role partners with leadership to identify risks, strengthen internal controls, and promote accountability across the organization. Description Contract Compliance Analyst Organization: Youth RISE Foundation Location: Remote (United States) Schedule: Flexible | Approximately 5–10 hours per week About Youth RISE Foundation Youth RISE Foundation (Resources Inspiration Service Empowerment) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through leadership development, mentorship, education, workforce readiness, healthcare career exploration, civic engagement, and community impact initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Contract Compliance Analyst to support the Foundation's compliance, governance, and risk management efforts while helping ensure organizational integrity and operational excellence. Overview The Contract Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting organizational compliance by reviewing policies, contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal processes. This role works closely with executive leadership to help ensure the Foundation maintains compliance with applicable laws, grant requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices. Responsibilities Review organizational policies, procedures, and contracts for compliance. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments. Maintain compliance documentation and organizational records. Assist with policy development and implementation. Prepare compliance reports and recommendations for leadership. Support grant and funding compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and operational processes. Collaborate with departments to resolve compliance-related issues. Stay informed on changes to applicable laws, regulations, and nonprofit best practices. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, legal operations, or nonprofit administration. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
